Lead Times & Shipping Details
Each piece is custom made-to-order and takes around 2-3 weeks to be completed + 5-9 weeks for shipping/delivery. We do not offer local pick up for these pieces.
Item arrives fully assembled in protected packaging/wooden crate. We offer convenient curbside delivery for all our custom products. Please note that our delivery team does not move items inside your home, nor do we remove or discard packaging materials.

Shipinsure is our partnered insurance company and makes it super easy to file a claim in the (rare) event that your item arrives damaged. The insurance is offered when you add an item to your cart, and if you opt out your items are not protected from damage that occurs during transit/delivery.
