Shipping Policy
If a product description states that an item in stock, it is available for shipment. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing + handling and 5-8 business days for delivery. Shipping times may vary.
Custom pieces are made-to-order in our overseas factory in China and typically take 4-5 weeks for production and 5-9 weeks for transport depending on your shipping address.
Sometimes shipments can get delayed due to uncontrollable reasons such as weather and the political climate. We do our best to communicate delays to our customers to manage proper expectations. We are not responsible for delays.
We are not responsible for items that are damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping/delivery. We are also not responsible if you input the incorrect address at checkout. If there is a code required to enter your delivery address, you are responsible for including that information at checkout, so we can relay it to the shipping courier prior to shipping the goods. Once we pack and hand off an item to the shipping courier, it is out of our control, which is why Shipinsure, our partnered insurance company, is available to add to your cart to protect lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If you choose to opt out of Route, then your purchase is not protected. Shipinsure does not cover packages that are returned to us by the shipping courier or if the wrong address is inputted by the customer. You can read more about Shipinsure's policies + FAQ here. Shipinsure is offered as an additional item at checkout to protect your order against the following issues:
- Damaged in transit
- Lost in transit
- Stolen
- Delivered not received
- Wrong item
Address Accuracy & Corrections
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. Please finalize your address carefully before completing your purchase. For custom orders, any changes or corrections requested after the order has been placed are subject to a $150 address correction fee.
If a package is shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer and is subsequently returned to us, all associated fees (including reshipment and storage costs) will be the customer's responsibility before the package can be released or resent.
Please note: Undeliverable packages may be held at a carrier terminal or third-party warehouse. Any accrued storage fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid in full before the package can be reshipped or released.
