  1. Refund Exclusions: 1.1. Due to the nature of our business and the custom-made nature of some of our products, we do not offer refunds on any furniture, lighting, or decor goods purchased from Dupe. 1.2. Once an order is placed and payment is received, it is considered final and non-refundable. 1.3. We do not offer refunds for any change of mind or if you are dissatisfied with the product for any reason. 

  2. Damaged or Defective Items: 2.1. We take great care to ensure that our furniture dupes are packaged securely and arrive in excellent condition. 2.2. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service within 5 days of receiving the item. 2.3. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to initiate a resolution. 2.4. If the damage or defect is verified by our team, we will provide a replacement for the damaged item. 2.5. We reserve the right to request the return of the damaged item at our discretion.

  3. Cancellation and Changes: 3.1. Orders cannot be canceled or changed once they have been placed. 3.2. Please ensure that all order details, including the product, quantity, and shipping address, are accurate before completing your purchase. Please measure and ask as many questions as necessary. We are always happy to send more photos, videos, or details before purchase.

  4. Shipping and Delivery: 4.1. We ship our furniture dupes nationwide from our Los Angeles warehouse. Some orders may be shipped from our warehouse overseas to ensure timely delivery. 4.2. Shipping and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the availability of the product. 4.3. We are not responsible for any delays or damages that occur during transit.
