The Slow Down by Poetry Peace & Art of Flow

Join Poetry Peace and Art of Flow at Dupe for an intentional evening of slowing down. We’ll begin with a grounding soundbath to regulate the nervous system while introducing intuitive coloring, led my local artist Yakira Valerio. Intuitive art is a gentle, pressure- free creative practice designed to quiet the mind and reconnect you with yourself and the community around you. The evening will open into an open mic for those who feel called to share poetry, reflections, or soft truths.

This is a build-your-own experience: participate in every offering or simply sit, color, and be. No phones. No pressure. Just presence.

Feel free to bring your own materials if you’d like. Limited supplies will be available, including clipboards, colored pencils, and crayons. No painting allowed.

Snacks and beverages will be available for purchase.

Parking: Lots of metered street parking around the building located on Wall Street and E 8th Street. Ticketed parking lots are also available nearby.
